I've tried taking some pills, but they didn't seem to help much (and I swear, they gave me a dang asthma attack in bed), so I've stopped. I've tried watching some ASMR videos before bed, and they seem to help; the only problem is watching them early enough to help. A hour-long ASMR video is a great sleep aid at 10:00, not so much at 2 in the morning.
